The Baseball & Softball Sliding Clinics offer specialized, focused training sessions dedicated to mastering safe and effective sliding techniques essential for competitive base running.   • Session Times: Available at 12:00 PM, 1:00 PM, or 2:00 PM (select one time slot per clinic).
